Sound Baths To Soothe The Soul

A sound bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations to help soothe your mind, body & soul.

A sound bath can take you on a journey of deep relaxation.

An hour of pure relaxation listening to singing bowls.

Yoga mats are provided at each class. Please bring along a cushion or pillow for your head and a warm blanket to wrap yourself in during the sound bath.

If you have problems lying on the floor, you are welcome to sit in a chair or to bring an extra cushion for your back or knees if you wish.

Due to the powerful vibrations of the session, sound healing is not suitable for those with heart conditions, a pacemaker, epilepsy or ladies in the first trimester of pregnancy.

If you have Attention Deficit Disorder or think you may have this condition, you will require a letter of permission from your GP to attend the sound bath.
